Bow & Arrow, Time Machine Red NV

Husband-wife duo Scott & Dana Frank are the masterminds behind some of Oregon's newest and most exciting wines. Setting up Bow & Arrow in 2010, they champion biodynamic practices in the winery, meaning their wines receive minimal human (aka chemical) intervention and are a real expression of grape and vineyard. Time Machine Red NV is made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay and Cabernet Franc. A lively crimson hue leads into aromas of red cherry, raspberry and a hint of pepper spice. On the palate, bright Gamay-driven fruit meets subtle Pinot Noir finesse and herbal lift from Cabernet Franc. Medium-bodied and refreshing, with crisp acidity, light tannins and a clean finish. Chill slightly for a casual front-porch drink or pair it with lightly seasoned roasted meats or fresh pasta.
